1. Introduction
At HQ Chipper Parts, we strive to provide high-quality spare parts for wood chippers. Since we do not process direct payments on our website and only provide price offers upon request, our Refund and Returns Policy applies to purchases made after direct communication with our sales team.

2. Order Process
All transactions are initiated through a request for a price offer. Once an order is confirmed and processed, the terms and conditions agreed upon during communication will apply.

3. Returns Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
• The item does not match the agreed specifications.
• The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the product.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@chipperparts.lv with your order details and reason for return.

4. Refund Policy
Since payments are processed after price confirmation and direct communication, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

• If an order is canceled before shipment.
• If a defective or incorrect item is returned and approved by our team.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method or through alternative arrangements agreed upon with the customer.

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or specially manufactured parts.
• Items that have been installed, used, or modified.
• Items returned without prior approval.

6. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
